Hostile Environment and First Aid Training (HEAT / HEFAT)

We have worked hard to write a high-end Hostile Environment and First Aid Training course more commonly referred to as a HEAT course (Hostile Environment Awareness Training). By putting together a course module that incorporates hostile environment awareness training as well as delivering a Level 3 Emergency First Aid at Work qualification. Our course will prepare individuals and organisations preparing to work in a volatile area.

This course is designed for organisations such as the Aid Agencies, NGO’s, Media, Charities, and Companies wishing to operate in hostile and potentially volatile areas around the globe. There are both legal and moral obligations for the duty of care of staff working for these organisations as either employees or volunteers which could potentially save lives.

Course Content

Our course content and modules have been put together by a team of vastly experienced security professionals with decades of experience of working successfully and safely in hostile environments. Our instructors are not only subject matter experts but also hold current and real world experience of operating in austere and hostile areas. They’ve worked for diplomatic offices, government organisations, NGO’s, charities, private individuals, large corporations and the media in all parts of the world.

The course can be delivered as a 3 day HEAT only course without the Level 3 First Aid at Work Qualification or as a 4 day HEFAT course including the Level 3 First Aid at Work Qualification.
